Having worked on more than 500 of the most complex cases while I was an attorney at SSA, I am familiar with the reasons why these cases win or lose. I am also familiar with all types of different claims as well as the myriad of SSA rules, ensuring that my clients receive the most benefits that they deserve. Ordinarily, young claimants have a harder time winning their cases because of SSA rules. However, most of my clients this year have been under the age of 30. All of their cases resulted in favorable decisions.

Did you know that back pain is one of the most common impairments listed by claimants? It is also one of the most difficult if you want to prove you are disabled. I am well aware of the level of severity and what kind of accompanying symptoms/signs that SSA is looking for in determining whether you are disabled.
